Mitsubishi EVO X Engines & Heads

The long awaited SpeedCircuit Head service for the 4B11 Evo X are now available! All SpeedCircuit heads are completely stripped down and rebuilt, including new parts where necessary. There are 2 stages of heads available.

The price is for the service only and does not include the head itself. You will have to send us a good head to use.

Stage 1 includes:

• Valve job
  
• Bowl work to blend the stock machine cuts into a larger bowl
  
• Resurface (if needed)
  
• Disassemble/clean/reassemble
  
• Sandblast clean
  
• Valve lash set
  
• Pressure tested to ensure no leaks

Stage 2 includes all of the above, as well as:

• Completely ported and knife-edged intake ports
  
• Completely ported and knife-edged exhaust ports
  
• The extra porting and knife edging results in a larger port that is more consistent than the stock port, resulting in smoother power and better airflow.

Order will not be shipped until shipping is paid in full. This item is custom made to order, and therefore is not returnable. Please allow 3-7 weeks for delivery.

This is a genuine Mitsubishi OEM Shortblock. This shortblock is standard equipment on the EVO X 4B11.

This is not a complete motor, this is a fully assembled bottom end, which consists of a block, crank, rods and pistons only. You will need to reuse your stock cylinder heads or purchase replacements.

• Traum 86mm forged 2618 aluminum pistons with standard duty floating wrist pins, 9.0:1 compression ratio. Pistons from Arias, CP, or JE may be substituted depending on availability.
• Manley or K1 H-Beam Rods (depending on availability)
• All new OEM or ACL bearings and components.
• OEM Main Bolts
• Built from a new block and crankshaft.
• Optional core buyback program - We will pay up to $2000 for your good original core depending on condition.
