Refund policy
Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete merchandise with all components and hardware as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by SpeedCircuit. Authorized and accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and the customer will have to pay for return shipping. No returns allowed after fifteen (15) days from original ship date from SpeedCircuit. All custom manufactured merchandise or special orders (such as engines) are non-refundable nor returnable. SpeedCircuit does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Orders which qualified for our free shipping promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
The Following Items are NOT Subject to restocking fees:
- Defective Items (requires verification of defectiveness)
- Products which have been incorrectly shipped (i.e. receiving the wrong product, or wrong color, etc.)
Cancelled orders may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
