Wastegates

Actuator 6 PSI, wastegate. Universal use or Use with ATP-WGT-011 to allow GT28RS on tranversly mounted SR20 application.

Custom machined-cut steel wastegate bracket for internal wastegate assembly for 5 bolt Ford style turbine housings.

*Special low profile design clears many motor mounts for all vehicles.

Actuator for internal wastegate assembly. Special lower pressure (7 psi) version of the actuator similiar to the one found on the GT28RS/GT2871R. Has the Z bent rod which also works well on turbos with larger compressor housings to offset the diameter of the housing. *Machined Actuator bracket not included.

Tial 38mm external wastegate. Heavy duty 347 SS alloy used in valve and valve housing. 17-7 PH SS actuator spring and high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm gives rock solid boost stability. This valve will not fail!

*Compatible with Turbonetics Deltagate. External Wastegate Gasket sold separately. Inlet/outlet weld flanges also sold separately.

Tial External Wastegate, V-banded 38mm (aka V38 aka MVS 38mm). Compact, easy and convenient to mount. Includes V-band flanges and clamps for inlet and outlet.

When ordering, please specify color and wastegate spring.

High temp NiCrFe based alloy is used for valve and 347SS valve housing will offer longer product life compared to competing designs. 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C).
